Approach

Turn market interest into a sequence of decisions.

We help you determine what must be true before a construction technology advances in Chile. Each stage produces a deliverable and a reason to proceed, pause, or stop.

Assess

01

Is there a credible system–market fit?

The first stage tests the proposition before detailed technical or commercial work begins.

You provide

System description, operating evidence, current documentation, known limits, manufacturer support, and intended applications.

The work

Compare the system with project needs and Chilean first-market conditions. Identify evidence gaps, likely counterparties, and early cost or logistics constraints.

You receive

Entry assessment with priority applications, evidence-gap register, assumptions, responsible parties, and a recommended decision sequence.

Advance when

A specific use and a prepared provider justify deeper work.

Pause or stop when

The use case is vague, the evidence is too limited, or the provider cannot support adaptation.

Adapt

02

What must change or be demonstrated for Chile?

This stage converts general market interest into a scoped local technical pathway.

You provide

Drawings, calculations, test reports, material data, installation requirements, quality procedures, and access to technical personnel.

The work

Qualified Chilean specialists identify applicable requirements and assess engineering, documentation, testing, and review needs. Aedvant defines the work sequence and interfaces.

You receive

Technical pathway with specialist scopes, required evidence, project dependencies, unresolved questions, and indicative sequence.

Advance when

The pathway, responsibilities, and cost of resolving material gaps are understood.

Pause or stop when

A critical performance gap has no credible resolution, or the required work is disproportionate to the opportunity.

Prove

03

Can a first project test the proposition responsibly?

A pilot is useful only when its economics, scope, responsibilities, and learning objectives are explicit.

You provide

Factory pricing, packaging and logistics data, support terms, project information, delivery constraints, and decision authority.

The work

Model landed and installed cost. Qualify the project, client, delivery team, schedule, risks, interfaces, and measures of useful evidence.

You receive

Complete cost model and first-project brief covering scope, governance, responsibilities, assumptions, risks, and decision gates.

Advance when

A bounded project can test the system without concealing material uncertainty or transferring unmanaged risk.

Pause or stop when

The economics do not hold, the counterparty cannot govern the pilot, or the project cannot tolerate the learning required.

Expand

04

What does the documented record support next?

Expansion is a new decision, not an automatic reward for completing a first project.

You provide

Technical findings, project results, cost record, quality documentation, stakeholder feedback, and unresolved issues.

The work

Compare actual results with the original case. Separate reusable evidence from project-specific findings and assess further applications or markets.

You receive

Post-project evidence record, readiness review, and recommendation for the next application, geography, partnership, pause, or stop.

Advance when

The record supports a defined next use and the parties can resource it.

Pause or stop when

Results are inconclusive, project-specific, or weaker than the case required for further commitment.

  1. 01

    Project and permit basis

Define the use, site, design responsibility, municipal permit path, and the rules in force when the application is submitted.

  2. 02

    Structural and performance basis

A qualified local team reviews the system, connections, foundations, soil assumptions, fire, acoustic, thermal, accessibility, and service interfaces as applicable.

  3. 03

    Cost-to-site basis

Confirm classification, origin, customs value, freight, insurance, inland transport, storage, lifting, installation, commissioning, contingencies, and support.

  4. 04

    First-project basis

Choose a project with clear authority, a workable schedule, capable delivery parties, and enough tolerance to document what the first deployment teaches.

Official MINVU guidance states that building work requires the corresponding municipal permit and is reviewed under the rules in force at submission. Applicable technical standards and specialist reviews depend on the project and system.

Professional responsibility

The decision stays integrated. Responsibility stays specific.

Aedvant frames the assessment, defines the sequence, and keeps commercial, technical, and delivery questions connected. Qualified professionals and institutions perform regulated design, testing, review, certification, customs, and construction work. Manufacturers, owners, authorities, and investors retain the decisions assigned to them.
